Trade License gives you the right to operate your business in the area. Trade License is regulated by the State Government through the Municipal Corporation Act. Any trading activity as mentioned in the respective Municipal Corporation Act cannot be commenced unless a trade license is obtained from the authority.

1 year from the date of the issue (subject to renewal every year).

Every business that carries out trade or business.
