Mind Sync Service Satisfaction Assurance Policy

Mind Sync is committed to setting the standard in customer service by providing the highest quality of service when handling any of your service needs. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with any of our services, please send an email to customer.care@mindsync.co.in immediately and our customer care service executive will act quickly and reach out to you at the earliest during our business hours to make things right.

We guarantee you that you’ll receive quality service and accurate advice. But we can’t guarantee that the advice you receive will get you the result that you want. Your results will vary on the circumstances. For instance, the government may reject an application submitted for any registration or approval for legal reasons which are beyond the scope of our service. In some cases, government officials backlog can lead to long delays before your process is complete. There may also be instances where the government’s website is down and your order is not completed, within the defined time, as a result.

We shall not be responsible for any consequences as a result of a delay on your part in providing the documents or information. Our guarantee only covers service satisfaction issues caused by Mind Sync and not for any changes to your situation or your state of mind.

We can refund your purchase price money in case you wish to cancel an order. Please contact us at customer.care@mindsync.co.in  within 24 hours from the time of placing an order provided your order has not been processed by our team of affiliates. The refund shall be subject to deductions for instance – payment gateway charges and similar other charges.

We cannot refund any money in case you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours from the time of placing an order neither the amount paid to government authorities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to any other third parties, such as affiliates, who played a role in processing your order at any point nor any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to affiliates.

Certainly, you can exchange the product/service you have ordered. To initiate an exchange, email us at customer.care@mindsync.co.in  within 7 days of purchase, provided that the original order has not been fulfilled by us yet. Your request will be queued up and you will be contacted by our team soon. The purchase price of the original order, less any money paid to government authorities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to any other third parties who played a role in processing your order, will be adjusted towards your replacement order. Any payments made directly by you to affiliates of ours are not eligible for exchange or credit. Any price difference between the original order and the replacement order or, if a replacement order is not processed within 30 days of purchase, the full original purchase price (in each case less any tax, money paid to government entities or other third parties) will be credited to the original form of payment.
