Commitment
We ask for only least amount of information which is necessary, we gather information what we believe is essential for doing business or for the transaction / assignment we undertake. We do not make money from advertising, in other words we avoid fundamental conflict of interest between gathering information and earning advertising revenue.
Information Mind Sync collects
When you approach us for availing our services, we ask for information for instance – your name, contact number, e-mail address, company name, address to complete the sign up process.
We collect the required documents copies (including scan copies) from you to complete the transaction you assign to us.
When you avail our services we ask you to provide your name, contact information, credit/debit card information or other payment account information. Please note we use third party Payment Gateway Service Provider service. When you submit your banking details (credit/debit/other payment account information) we store the name and address of the card holder or other payment account information provider, expiry date and last four digit of the banking details (credit/debit/other payment account information). We do not store the actual banking details and your other vital information.
When you authorise us to post your testimonials about our services on our website, we include your name and other personal information in your testimonials. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at customer.care@mindsync.co.in
We may also record and use your interactions with us including email, telephone and online chat conversations with our customer support professionals for improving our interactions with customers.
When you visit our website we collect information regarding the web browser, mobile devices, internet protocol address, date and time of access, operating system, mobile device manufacturer and network information. The purpose of this information collection is (through log files) to understand more about the visitors on our website.
